Answers to what comes up most, and where to write if none of it helps.
A city is locked.
Ten cities are open on Visitor, the free plan. Wanderer opens the other 137; Insider opens those plus all 71 interests and the skill levels for graded activities. You can see exactly what each plan includes under Profile → Your plan.
I paid and the app still shows the free plan.
Open Profile → Your plan and tap Restore a purchase. If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wayfare. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
The map is blank.
Wayfare needs the location permission to centre the map on you, and a working connection to load it. Check iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Wayfare.
Some interests show nothing.
Two of the 71 interests have no places in them yet. They are hidden rather than shown empty, and they appear as the guide grows.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete my account. It removes everything you made and cannot be undone.
